We teach Muay Thai Kickboxing, the art of the 8 limbs and one of the most effective and versitile stand-up arts and a must for any budding MMA fighter.  Our instructors, Takashi Munoz and Charlene Barretto, are highly qualified Muay Thai teachers and have both competed in multiple muay thai bouts. Each has over 10 years experience in a combination of Muay Thai, mma, jiu jitsu, boxing, and/or Kyokushin karate (see their respective bios for specifics).  You will get a great muay thai work-out in this class, including correct form, execution, conditioning, ring strategy and more. This aint your mama's cardio class (but we got some mamas in there). This class has lots of pad and bag work with sparring (always optional) at the end of many of the classes.  Kickboxing has an extremely high caloric burn rate, and targets your arms, shoulders, abs, thighs, and butt all in one workout.  It’s a fantastic way to tone your body and relieve stress.   From beginners wanting to get in shape to pros looking to stay sharp, this class delivers. We also set up Muay Thai competitions for those students interested in competing.
