10th Planet Burbank offers an MMA Conditioning Class on Fridays, 5:00-6:00pm, and is open to all of our clients enrolled in our Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, or Unlimited programs. Whether you're training to complete in Jiu Jitsu tournaments, Muay Thai smokers, MMA fights, or simply want to stay in shape, this class is for you!
Thee MMA Conditioning Class is taught by Jason Juatco, and is developed to be the most effective and proven sport-specific conditioning for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai Kick Boxing, Wrestling, Judo, Sambo, Vale Tudo, K1 and other martial arts. Jason employs cutting edge MMA and fitness warm-ups and drills in this high paced conditioning and strength class. The class consists of such things as TRX training, plyometrics, body weight exercises, agility ladder drills, medicine and agility ball work, mma warm-ups and drills, conditioning drills, pad work, heavy bag exercise, ground and pound, striking combo exercises, shoots, sprawls... and much more. This class is designed to improve your strength, flexibility, agility, power, endurance, muscle memory, explosiveness, coordination, cardio, hand speed and footwork.
Jason Juatco is one of the first training instructors to be certified through the MMA Conditioning Association under the National Exercise and Science Training Association. Jason is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, specializing in Performance Enhancement (PES). |
