Does your Rubber Guard flexibility need improvement?

Can you get your punk ass into double lotus? If you think you have tried Yoga before, you're in for an awakening.

Rebel Yoga is a completely new approach to Yoga flow and is intended for anyone who is interested in a challenging alternative to modern exercise.

Let's face it, traditional forms of fitness are dead. Gym routines based on aesthetics do nothing but feed your ego, leaving your inner strength neglected and your spirit empty. Consequently you become even more venerable to imbalance and forces outside the realm of your control. Rebel Yoga is focused primarily on connecting your breath to movement, hip and knee flexibility, balance, and working the core muscle groups necessary for functional strength. It will increase your cardio, test your will, and give you a killer workout both mentally and physically. All you need to do is come prepared to work, have fun and bring an open mind.

"Rebel yoga helped me get reaquainted not only with my body and my breath, but also with my soul. Jason's gentle yet enthusiastic guidance reassured me that there was no "wrong way" as I worked to find my breath and test my boundaries. As a martial artist on a quest to be the champion, working with Jason has both healed my body and opened my mind."

- From Strikeforce Pro MMA Fighter Conor "The Hurricane" Huen
