We use request information to respond to your inquiry, help match you with an appropriate class or coach, and manage related gym communications. Please do not send medical, payment, or other sensitive information through these forms.
Service Providers
Depending on the service you use, request information may be processed by Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, Supabase for secure request storage, and Resend for email delivery. Google Maps and Google Fonts are also used on this website and may process technical information. Spam protection and request-rate controls may also process IP addresses for security.
Cookies And Third Parties
If enabled for this deployment, Vercel Web Analytics collects aggregated website-use information. The gym may also add a Google measurement tag for website and campaign reporting. The website does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or form answers as analytics conversion data. Third-party services, including maps and spam protection, may use cookies or similar technologies when they load. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Children And Minors
A parent or legal guardian must submit any inquiry for a minor. For a child trial, the guided form asks only for the child's first name and age range so the gym can suggest an age-appropriate class. Please do not submit additional sensitive information about a child.
Retention And Requests
We keep submitted inquiries only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the gym relationship, resolve issues, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. To ask about your information or request deletion, email info@10thplanetburbank.com.
