This notice explains information handled through this website, the gym’s signup calendar, and direct inquiries. Last updated October 5, 2026.
The Free Trial page embeds the gym’s Wodify calendar. When you continue to signup or reserve a class, information you enter is handled through Wodify for the gym. This may include contact, participant, and reservation details requested during signup. This website does not operate a separate trial-request database.

Private lessons are arranged by speaking with the front desk or a coach, or emailing the gym. If you email us, the gym receives the contact information and message you provide and uses them to respond to your inquiry. Email links open your email application; this website does not submit or store a private-lesson form. Please include only information needed for your inquiry.
Vercel hosts the website. Wodify provides the signup calendar, Google Maps provides the embedded map, and Google Fonts supplies website fonts. Loading these services may share technical information such as IP address, browser/device details, and the page requested with their providers.
Third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies and handle information under their own privacy policies. Following an external link takes you to that service’s website.
When enabled for the deployment, Vercel Web Analytics measures website visits and interactions. A Google measurement tag may also be enabled for website reporting. Our website click events contain the type of action, public page, and placement of the link. We do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text, or signup answers in those custom event fields.
Clicking a signup or email link does not tell this website whether a reservation was completed or an email was sent. Wodify handles the signup information separately.
Please have a parent or legal guardian arrange inquiries and bookings for children’s classes with the gym. Only provide participant information needed for the booking; avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in an email inquiry.
